Brass dragons are a type of metallic dragon. They have large, fan-like wings and a bony plate extended out from their upper skull.

Brass dragons lair in high mountain caves where they can sunbathe. Their preference for hotter areas often brings them into conflict with blue dragons, and the brass dragons' fiery breath makes such confrontations particularly violent. Brass dragons are by far the most talkative of all dragons, and the most friendly with mortals - at least, those with whom they can hold an interesting conversation.
